Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has announced the delivery of two more Gulfstream G700 aircraft to the expanding Qatar Executive fleet. These two new aircraft, both delivered utilizing a blend of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), bring the total number of G700 aircraft in the Qatar Executive fleet to six, with four more planned for delivery.
“The unprecedented speed with which the team has been able to deliver this remarkable aircraft is a true testament to the quality and maturity of the G700 program,” said Mark Burns, president of Gulfstream. “Qatar Executive has been a long-standing, valued partner of Gulfstream for many years and we are pleased to continue that partnership by adding more of these exceptional aircraft to their growing fleet.”
The most recent Gulfstream G700 aircraft, delivered in December 2024, joined Qatar Executive's existing fleet, comprising four Gulfstream G700 and 15 Gulfstream G650ER aircraft.
The G700 boasts the industry's most spacious cabin and offers the Gulfstream Cabin Experience, featuring 100% fresh air, exceptionally quiet noise levels, and natural light from 20 Gulfstream Panoramic Oval Windows, along with the lowest cabin altitude in the industry. This aircraft has achieved over 65 city-pair speed records and can travel 7,750 nautical miles (14,353 kilometres) at Mach 0.85 or 6,650 nautical miles (12,316 kilometres) at Mach 0.90. With a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.935, it is the fastest in the Gulfstream fleet.
Alongside type certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the G700 has received type certificate validations in 10 countries, with the latest being from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority in Australia.
